[THIN] Using FQDN for altaddr

Hello all
I am running 4 server WIn2k SP3 MF Xpa FR1 and Nfuse 1.7.  I would like
to use FQDN's instead of an IP address for the altaddr of the servers,
But when I change the altaddr to the FQDN instead of getting the
launch.ica I get launch.asp and I am notable to launch the application.

Am I doing something wrong or missing something?
