Make sure that the user has access to the all users and default profiles
folder on the server and that those two folders are not hidden. Also make
sure user has full access to their own profile directory if you use roaming
profiles.

I am setting up a new server and when I try log on my test account I get the
following:
"Windows could not log you on because the profile cannot be loaded.
Detail-incorrect function"
I am not sure what the incorrect function is.....I am looking thru technet
but no luck yet... Can anyone help?
