Yes, if you are using indirect, DS server must be upgraded first, because
fields need to be added, etc. etc.
Version of MDAC? 2.71.9030.9 is working, but I think 2.6 will work.
Go ahead and apply the following Citrix Hotfixes along with your regular
deployment - XE103W2K082, XE103W2K100, XE103W2K120 (may have been superceded
by newer ones, but these are all significant and contain multiple fixes) I
am assuming Win2k.
We tested the upgrade pretty extensively, having been reamed by FR2, and had
no problems at all.
