[THIN] Upgrade Farm XP FR3 to MPS 4.0

We are planning to do an upgrade (according Citrix guidelines)
of a W2003 (no SP1) farm running XP FR3 to MPS 4.0.
Has anyone done this and if so did (s)he run into issues/problems ?
