[THIN] Uninstalling ADF packages

I need to uninstall an ADF packaged application which was deployed on a few
servers in our Metaframe XPe FR2 farm using Installation Manager. However,
unlike the MSI packaged applications, there does not appear to be an option
for uninstalling within the CMC. None of the ADF packaged applications
appear within add / remove programs either, so how do you remove unused apps
deployed in this way (short of reimaging the server!)
