[THIN] Unable to log users on, resource issue?

Hi,

I'm having an issue with 2 NT 4 Terminal Servers that use a 2003 Server to
authenticate from.

We did some work on the system policy last night and everything worked
absolutely fine. We've come in this morning and it has allowed roughly 10
users onto each server before giving the following error message to people
trying to logon: THE SYSTEM CANNOT LOG YOU ON BECAUSE THE DOMAIN
<Domainname> IS NOT AVAILABLE. Any other users logged in cannot access
anything on the domain controller with the message THE NETWORK NAME CANNOT
BE FOUND.

The Terminal Servers have been rebooted as has the domain controller and
it
will function fine for about 10 mins until we get about 10 users on and
then
reverts to the above state.

I think it is a resource issue but haven't got any clues why this is
happening.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Rgds,

Jon.........
