[THIN] Unable to get Hotfix or Article on Hotfix (XE104W2K3008)

I got Jim's email about this hotifx XE104W2K3008 a little back but when
I tried to pull up the article or down load the hotifx al I get is the
page can't be found or has expired and I don't have rights to download
the file.

CTX106027 - Hotfix XE104W2K3008 - For MetaFrame XP 1.0 for Windows 2003
Server 

Anyone able to get this? Or know why it might have been pulled?
