Did you install the VM tools?  When you did, did you remove the “Shared 
Folders”?  If not, then do so…  Also remove the memory optimization (balloon 
driver) while you’re at it.

I forgot to mention that it seems to be working fine on our other 40 Physical 
PS servers.
