I see it when checking the Logs, from the Data Collector.
The logs states from host "" which is of little help.
I will check the Data Collector event logs.

What server are you seeing the error on?
The RM log should show the server that it is attempting to get information from.
If no server is listed it is possibly on your RM managment server itself.
You will find a matching (very similar) error in the event log of the
server in question.
