Basically, you will need to delete the 'bad' RM log folder on the server and restart the IMA service. I used to see this all the time with Metaframe XP. A single Recource Manager log fails to upload from a specific server. There is a KB article that outlines this issue... Basically, you will need to delete the 'bad' RM log folder on the server and restart the IMA service. This should cause it to pick up at the next scheduled upload time. It is as if the log corrupted - a crash, a reboot while uploading - something happened that it thinks the format of the file in the folder on the server is bad. The RM logs get copied to the server you have set in the CMC and from there pushed into the database. I hope this helps.
