It's a couple of registry values. You can set it during logon using the
following VBScript. As I recall though, you'll have to call it prior to
explorer.exe running.


Set oShell = WScript.CreateObject ("WSCript.shell")
oShell.RegWrite "HKCU\Control Panel\Colors\ActiveTitle", "169 35 166",
"REG_SZ"
oShell.RegWrite "HKCU\Control Panel\Colors\GradientActiveTitle", "169 35
