They will if you have configured the Citrix connection to inherit the user
values. If you preset values at the connection level, the per-user settings
are ignored.

I'm using Active Directory. If I set timeouts in the user properties, will
they override the configurations in Citrix Connection Configuration for
Ica-Tcp?
