[THIN] The farm metric requires software upgrade

Am about to test RMS and notice that the status of  my farm metric server is
"The farm metric requires software upgrade".

Server has W2K SP3/Citrix FR3 installed.  Are there any Post FR3 hotfixes
for RMS that needs to be installed?
