[THIN] Re: Terminal Services Licensing only issues Temp Licenses

This is a know MS bug, you can either install SP3 which is suppoded to 
fix the problem or apply the fix included in the Terminal Services 
enhancment patch Q287687.

Funny calling something that fixes something thats supposed to work an 
enhancment ;-)
