Jason, I had a problem with a NT 4.0 SP6a ( I believe it was SRP1) Hotfix rollup and a 0XA Bluescreen in which CPQArray.sys was the wrong version and got over-written. The solution you had to download the CPQArray.sys, install it before the SRP1 rollup and then afterwards before rebooting. The Kbase below tells the story, I bet its the same for TSE also... (This is also why I didn't put it on any other systems, because they are all compaq, and couldnt run the risk.) PS: Folks if you haven't patched for Q326830, I highly suggest you do, the SMBDIE.exe exploit is in the open and it will drop your NT/TSE/Windows 2000 systems in 2 secs if not patched. NT system blue screen and windows 2000 Systems, Black screen and reboot. When I try to run CP001095.EXE (Compaq v4.24 Array Controller) it says the system does not need to be updated even though v4.22 is installed. Applying SRP1 w/o an updated CPQArray will cause the system to hang on reboot w/ an "Stop 0XA" error. Anyone had problems updating their CPQArray before? I'm getting this on multiple TSE servers.
