[THIN] TS license problem

Some of my Neoware clients and NCD exploras are taking more than one TS
license or expired licenses are not being reissued.
I called Microsoft support and they recommended that I install SRP1 on all
my Windows Terminal servers as well as on the License Server ad then
re-activate the license server. I can definitely do this.
What's weird is that they also said that I should clear license information
on my Citrix servers. To my understanding the Terminal servers do NOT keep
TS license information. I asked them how to do this and they said to call
Citrix.
If I'm wrong, can anyone tell me how to clear TS license information on the
Terminal Servers?
