[THIN] TS Licensing Server activation and user licensing

Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone knows what the exact conditions are for the
licensing type "Other" when activating "Per User" licenses under 2k3
TS Licensing... I have always used EAs and never tried any of the
other licensing types.
