The licenses are assigned to the connecting devices – not the license
server. You’ll have no problems changing the IP address.

Hi

I need to change the IP on my Windows 2003 Terminal Services Licensing
Server.  Is the license only Server Name specific?  Will I have any
Licensing issues if I change the IP? Servers reference the TS Licensing
Server using the name so no issues there..
