[THIN] TS Licensing

I know this is a touchy subject so please bear with me!
We have 125 TS licenses. We are showing multiple entries for the same
machine. Some have an expiration date, others do not. We thought that MS
did away with the per hardware TS licensing. Is this not true? How can we
get rid of the duplicate entries? Any "best practices" for this?
Running Win2K w/ Metaframe XPa.
