Hey

It's been a while since I have looked at this. But you need to have your
server fully patched as there is a bug with W2K Tse licensing that won't
hand the licenses back until a specific patch has been applied (Sorry can't
remember the patch number). I have also had to recreate the license server
after applying the patch.

If your all patched, then try restarting the license service. Is it just
these licenses or all licenses?

They are Windows 2000 Server – Terminal Services Cal Token (per device).
Most of these appear assigned to our Wyse Blazer 1125 units.
