With the hotfixes it is AFTER login. Prior to the hotfixes it was just
connecting and getting a login screen.

At what point in the login process for W2K TS does the TS CAL get
consumed?  I
have made the assumption it is NOT merely getting to the login screen,

actually authenticating.  Is this correct?
