I have been looking for this doc since you asked about the comparisons -
I have a Citrix PDF which describes the "value add" for Citrix over
terminal services. It is marketing led, but should help with the
management!

 

Let me know if you are interested, it's over 1.7 Mb in size, can easily

It's not really an apple to apple comparison...  Presentation Server
requires terminal services to begin with as it is simply an add-on
product.  Take a look at the Presentation Server 4.5 feature list and
that will be your baseline differentiator.
