I agree that is totlly wrong that your users have to suffer because WYSE
will not support you. I think should at least offer some sort of upgrade
path for you.......

That used to work for us but now the units are out of warranty and still =
do it. Wyse will not extend the warranty or give us the option to =
purchase an extended support plan. Therefore, I don't buy their stuff =
anymore. Only the users with the Wyse units put up with this problem. =
Thin clients are supposed to be easy. I don't think the users should = have
to put up with any problems from them. They should just run all = the time
no matter what.

We still have that but they just get replaced no big deal. All in all =

it's the strangest thing with Wyse. Either people have nothing but =3D
problems with them (like me) or they never have problems with them. It's =
=3D all or nothing. Out of 120 units, I still have at least 2 a week turn =
=3D up dead.

We have about 2700 wyse 3320's in the field. They work fine. We are
currenting evaluating the 3125's. They run just fine. Now Rapport is a
whole other issue........

We are using Wyse WT3360SE terminals and have not had any major issues = =3D
with them. When we first implemented them they were frequently getting =
=3D cleared. Apparently if you hold the g key down while powering them on it
clears =3D the config. Working like a charm now. :)

Does anyone have any experience with Terminals other than Wyse? We've = =3D

series). I just ordered a 3125 to evaluate, but I'm more interested in
