If users do not have the permission to delete from there, the C:\WINNT\System32\Spool\Printers folder will fill up with temporary files. If you changed the drive letters on the Citrix install obviously, the drive letter will be different. I give users full control on that folder, but not the ones above it ( C:\WINNT\System32\Spool or any other folders ). Hope this helps. Jeff. I bet it is something to do with TEMP files or IE files. I have looked around and can't seem to locate any extrenous files - where might one look for these files? ******************************************************** This weeks sponsor Emergent Online Thinssentials Utilities Using the latest software, hardware, networking technologies, proven technical expertise, proprietary software and best practices, EOL provides custom-tailored solutions for each client?s mission and specific goals. http://www.go-eol.com ********************************************************** Useful Thin Client Computing Links are available at: http://thin.net/links.cfm *********************************************************** For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link: http://thin.net/citrixlist.cfm
