Thanks again.
I'm using 32 bit PS 4.0 Advanced. It should work.

Hector,
I was able to get Canon flatbed scanners to work on 32-bit PS4
but no luck on 64-bit PS4. Citrix support said 64-bit wouldn't work.
You didn't mention if you were using 64-bit but I thought I'd
point it out just in case so you don't beat your head against the wall
unnecessarily.
Jeff

It's a flatbed one, Epson Perfection 1640.
I'm using Presentation Server 4.0.
Thanks for all your replies. I'll give it a try.

Hector
I've done this with a multi-function device; or are you
talking about a flatbed scanner with a SCSI/parallel port connection?
Cheers
Russell

Hi all: We have a need to scan documents via a Citrix
session. The scanner is connected to a Wyse thin client.
How can I make this work?
