install the TWAIN drivers on the thin client (if XPE).  then make sure you
have the latest ICA client loaded.  It works pretty well although I have
noticed that I can't use the scanning features in Word but I can in Adobe
Pro.  I think it is a WIA vs TWAIN thing but I have not dug too deep into
it.
