[THIN] Summary Database Report

Trying to create a report from Summary Database for CPU, Memory, Times,
Users, however,
I do not want it for strictly one process or application. Is there a way to
do this for 
for all processes and applications? Can I get this with the Crystal Report
templates for Citrix? Also don't know if there is a way to track the
average number of users on a box by some kind of time function, per hour,
per day, etc.
