You lost me on "CUPS/UPD and forcing the view the pop up on the client."

We're using Xenapp 5.0. If it's possible with our version, please point me
in the right direction on that and I'll get working on some testing. :)

Apologies for any confusion in my terminology there. The Canon drivers we're
using (or attempting to use) are "certified" drivers from Canon.

Support has informed us we need a "dias" service setup on the terminal
servers for the drivers to work properly . . still no go.
