Hi Chad,

On win2k theoretical registry max is 216 MB so I'd certainly increase it
beyond 100 MB.

However if you're maxing out, and user numbers haven't increased, you've
possibly also got a problem with either bloated user profiles
(ntuser.dat) or excessive grwoth/freagmentation in the Software hive.
Software generally should be no biggere than 30-35 MB or you may have a
problem.

It's worth running regcompact against one of your servers (after aa
backup). This has worked very well for me and can often hugely reduce
the size of the registry.

regards,

Rick

Suddenly my registry on my servers is becoming full. It is set
to 100MB.

        What is the suggested size?
