The best way is to read the manual and the PDF file on the XP CD.
Learncitrix.com has practice tests for $49.95.

I just finished reading the MetaFrame XP 1.0 manual. I have a free exam
certificate for CCA which expires Aug 31, so needless to say, I want to use
it. I'd prefer to not waste the $100 at pass the exam, so what do you
suggest is the best way to do more studying in the next week leading up to
the exam? Perhaps something that won't cost any money?
