[THIN] Strange iexplore behavior

Hi again,
Here's another problem I'm having.  On some servers, when we access
https sites, there is a file 
iexplore.exe-14676-
Created on the user's desktop.  The file is 0 bytes, but it's annoying.
It's only happening on a couple of servers, but I have not been able to
find out the difference between the servers.

The iexplore.exe-xxxx- file is named differently every time.  Once the
user closes the https session, he/she can delete it.

PS 4.0 on Win2k3 SP2
IE 6.0 SP2
