[THIN] Strange Occurance: ICA Window Closing

Hey all,
Ran in to something I've never seen before.
Every time I open a folder in explorer, or Internet Explorer itself
(probably other things as well), my ICA session is closing. It just shuts on
me. No errors in eventlog to indicate a terminating program, nothing. This
happens as multiple users on the same server. I've rebooted, just because
that seemed the appropriate thing to do for such an anomaly. and no go.
Anyone seen something like this, before?
Server is on MF1.8 / Windows 2k SP3.
