[THIN] Re: Spam:Help - Users disappear from Pub App

We have a group or two that "disappear", but there are known problems in
the AD with these groups. They are "damaged" somehow ... Enough so that
Citrix drops them when we reboot. (Our AD admins say "well Microsoft
says the groups are fine", so it's not going to get fixed from that
end).

We know the group in question is damaged because when it is shown in
various dialog boxes, it is listed by it's SID, not the group name. For
some reason Ad can't map the SID of the group to it's own name. I don't
know if that is a cause of our problem, or the effect. (The entire
domain that this group sits in is about to go away, so we are just
holding our breath until then).=20
