I'll trade you one sound card for a gas pipe that doesn't leak... Do you publish or just give a full desktop? If you publish, I think you have to click on the enable audio feature (maybe). Also, check to see if the connection properties allow mapping of audio. You may also find these settings in User Manger (NT4) or AD Users & Groups.
