We certainly have notices SIGNIFICANT performance issues across the
board with the current products - seems centre around the "listener"
process. Trend are supposed to be releasing a fix/update today (31-07)
If this is not resolved with in a week we will HAVE to drop their
products the performance hit is that significant the users about ready
to start "throwing the toys out of the cot"

Hmmm- historically Trend has been the best for SBC..... are there
widespread issues, is this changing?

Trend had me go back to the previous engine.
I've emailed them about the status of the case and they've been ignoring
me. I am getting ready to call them back.
I am really disappointed with their support!
Thinking of switching to Macaffe or Norton. Do they work well on
Citrix servers?

Was just wondering if Trend has already fixed this issue and
what everybody is doing at the moment to keep running.
