There appears to have been an engine update last week that is causing
performance problems on my Trend Micro/Citrix customers. Turning off the
real time engine restores the servers to full performance.

Hi,

We are running trend office Scan, a few mornings in the last couple of
weeks the system process on the file server holding user profiles is
holding.

Resulting in very slow logon times.  The culprit appears to be trend
office scan as when I stop the process everything is fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product and it ran fine for a few
days but the same issue has occurred.

Has anyone else experienced issues with trend recently ? 

OfficeScann 7.3 with all latest patches and pattern files.
