Very strange. OK, I'd get the TS licensing figured out before doing
anything else. Another good reason for scheduling downtime, last thing you
want is to discover that running dcpromo has broken the licensing setup.

Right, well that's a whole different story. They don't even have a licensing
server setup and I quite frankly, don't know how they still connect.
