[THIN] Shadowing from DSC not working

I'm having a problem with one user trying to shadow. We shadow from the
Delivery Services Console and for everyone else it works fine. this one
user clicks on shadow for the user, selects their exit hotkey and then
cshadow comes up but nothing happens. We are using XenApp 5.0 FP2, Win2k3
R2 SP2. Any ideas on what to look for for this one user? Oh they are a
