I have just found that it was neither a problem of WI nor MAC. It wasn't
also related to a Windows version.
It was just coincident that it looked as it was related to WI/MAC/OS
version.
The real problem is a screen resolution of a client.
When I start "Shadow Taskbar" published application from a workstation
with higher resolution and then I run the same application from other
workstation with lower resolution the Shadow Taskbar is hidden somewhere
above upper screen edge. It's what happened with my MAC connection where
screen resolution was lower than resolution of my PC.
I can remove user's profile or just
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Citrix\Citrix ShadowBar" (reg delete) but
it's not a solution ;(
I am sure someone had this problem in the past so please advice how I
can deal with this problem.

Subject: [THIN] Shadow Taskbar over WI issue
I have a strange issue with Shadow Taskbar. I have published it
(wshadow.exe) for my users who connect to Citrix servers via
WebInterface.
Any PC user can use the tool without any problem but MAC and Linux users
can see only a blank screen.
It works correctly when they connect to Citrix W2003 server but not when
they connecting to W2000 Server.
WebInterface ver. 4.5
If anybody has any idea please help asap as tomorrow a lot of users will
need this tools for their training.
