[THIN] Setup question

How would you guys do this.  I have 2 servers on runs the database the
other is just anohter citrix MF XP server in the farm.  I have 2
applications that are heavy database based.  I want these 2 servers to
communicate with each other with no impact on the network.  I have
attached each to my cisco switch with a dual 1000mb link aggreigated
connection.  Also I have 1 crossover cable connecting the 2 servers
directly.  I seem to be having a lot of disconnects formthe server farm
on the one NOT runnign the db.  Whats the best way for me to do this.
