[THIN] Sessions disconnect when PC is locked

PS4, W2K3, users hit published apps on WI with smart card authentication
from winxp PCs. Issue - when the user pulls their smart card (which locks
their workstation) and then re-insert their smart card and log back on,
they're disconnected from their apps and have to relaunch them. Anyone know
of a way to force the apps to remain connected?
