[THIN] Session reconnection/load balancing issues?

We've got a 4 server XPe farm here, which runs a few apps that only permit
users to run one session of at any one time. We're having an issue whereby
sometimes users will try and reconnect, but receive an error stating they
can only run the app once - even though they have a disconnected session. We
are using load balancing to spread the users abouts, and I've come across
this entry on Citrix's site:

Only problem is we ARE using the netbios domainname, not the FQDN in NFuse!
Should we still change IMA to run as a domain admin?? Has anyone else run
across this? Looks like this is yet another reason for us to move to MPS4..
