[THIN] Server hangs (or crashes)

Server W2000 SP2 + hotfixes Citrix XPa SP1/FR1 + Novell 4.81 client
About once a week one of the servers hangs.
At least that seems to be the case, however when
rebooting the server but turning off/on the power a while later,
the shutdown time is about the time that the server started to hang
and not the time when the server was turned off/on.
Does this mean that the server crashed (for example because
of a print/spooler problem, but was unable to reboot itself ?
Or does the server really hangs ?
Has anyone seen this situation before ?
Any comments/suggestions are very much appreciated.
