If you still have the problem after checking through all the sugestions you
have already been given log a support call with Microsoft.

We had similar issues with our NT4.0 TS servers about 18mths ago - after
chasing our tails for several weeks and getting nowhere we logged a support
call and although it took a month of so to get to the bottom of the problem
we did resolve the issue with a kernel patch.

Subject: [THIN] Server Crashes

I'm running an NT Terminal Server w/ MF 1.8 FR3

On average, about 2 or 3 times a month I have a server crash and everyone is
thrown out of Citrix. All the event viewer reports is a 6008 (Unexpected
Shutdown) and there is a Save Dump that contains the following: "The
computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f
(0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows NT
[v15.1381]. A full dump was not saved."

Apart from that there is nothing to suggest why this is happening. Although
it's not a major worry, it's starting to annoy the users as they cannot
trust the system! Which is obviously a major black mark on the IT dept!!

I've searched hi and low for reasons why this keeps happening, but can't
find anything remotely resembling a solution. Can anyone offer any advice or
offer any resources that might help.

Thanks in advance,

Jon........
