That's a different proposition - one concerns the ownership (which also
effects some change to the DACL WRT ACE(s), if I'm not mistaken), the other
merely ACE(s) in the DACL.

Which can be done by things like CACLS, XCACLS or a tool which can do both
(but who's syntax is a little tricky) - SUBINACL.
