Yes it is a rights problem, i have tried to use both regmon and filemon
but they show me nothing
Yes i can save as an admin
Yes it could be a group policy but which one

It sounds like a rights issue. I would start there. Do you have group
policies? Could a policy be stopping them? Can you save to this server
as
an admin?
