I have to concur; I have used IBM, HP, Compaq for years. I just recently started with a company that uses Dell and it has been a huge disappointment. Dell service is terrible, including the fact often they can't tell me what parts I need to order to upgrade (because they don't know what was originally shipped). I have gotten different answers on processor upgrades depending on who I spoke with. Lastly their management software is not to the same standard as Compaq/HP. If you have the option skip Dell.
