how i got it working.
let's start with this, what version of web interface are you running?
also, dload the ICA file and look to see what is being listed in the
sslproxy field.

Any ideas? I noticed on the secure gateway, that the only servers configured as an STA is one from the 3.0 farm, none from the 4.0 farm. Could that be it or no? I went through the citrix KB on the issue, and I dont seem to have any of the causes they mention.
