[THIN] SQL replication for DS

I setup the SQL replication between 2 SQL Servers for my DS. I followed the
citrix article for "Configuring Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for replication". I
then ran dsmaint publishsqlds with the sql username i use for the ds.
Everythig seems ok. the databases replicated. I went to install MF XPe SP2-FR2
on a new server and point it to the new SQL Server with the replicated DS on
it, during the installation it fails when it tries to start the IMA Server with
this error:
Could not start IMA Service in CTX_MF_IMA_StartIMAService State = 1
Any Clues?
