[THIN] SAS window: winlogon.exe - Application Error

Hi,
On our Terminal Servers (NT4.0 SP6a, MF 1.8 SP1, 4 Servers - HW is ok) users
get sometimes
this error message after logged in
SAS window: winlogon.exe - Application Error
The instaruction at "ox..." referenced memory at "0x..". The memory
could not be "written".
Click OK to terminate the application.
When they click OK Terminal Server session is being closed.
There are no entires in th eventlog.
Any ideas?
